Back then when I was in degree studies, I was doing my part time as tutor at tuition centre. Meanwhile at weekend, I do home tuition based on parents requirement. Then I realized, different student need different approach and technique, even the same sub topic, not all student can understand by only one method of teaching.

Tutoring Approach

I won't teach at first. I prefer the ice breaking session and student briefly explain what is the main problem within the subject. Then, deeply find the solution according the suitable method uniquely. Cause different approach will result in different outcome. My best technique is parody song. I change the original lyric into subject-related words.

I used to teach Arabic, English and Bahasa Melayu for students from Standard 1 to 6 in Sekolah Kebangsaan, as well as help students in Standard 6 to prepare for their UPSR. I love children and easy to adapt well. I took Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia before and during my degree, I took two (2) English class as it was my university core subject. I experienced in tutoring with one of tutor company before for three (3) months and able to conduct both home tutor as well as online tuition.

Tutoring Approach

I implement mock-test method after every topic to let my students understand better and have discussion for the answers. As i know children nowadays love to play game, I also have game-material as my teaching method to attract students especially for studens in primary school which is for me is a good initiative which is play while learn to avoid students from feeling bored or pressured. As Arabic is my speciality, I prepare notes that can be understood better and easier by my students in both soft and hard copy .

I was a teacher in one of private school in Melaka. there, I taught English (Form 1 & 3) and geography (Form 2). Before that, in 2015, I was a part time tutor in a home tuition centre in Precinct 8, Putrajaya. In teaching, i am kind of person who will patiently teach students until they understand the topic.I am quite lenient with students and I really don't like to scold students as they will feel lack of confident. I hope my style of teaching will attract students to keep on learning.

Tutoring Approach

1) For the first class, I will start my session with ice breaking which is important to know students' behaviour and attitude. With that, I will plan my style of teaching to reach students' hearts. 2) For any subjects, I will have a primary reference book for me.For the exercise book, I will use students' book which they had already bought. Once finished, we will discuss either I will buy them for the students, or students and parents would choose by themselves. 3) For my tutoring technique, if there are many students in a session, I would teach general thing first, then I will go to each student to guide them per person. However, if there is only one person in a session, I will guide him/her personally.

I am a postgraduate student in UKM Bangi and a part time tutor. I have been teaching Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa Inggeris (UPSR-SPM) for almost 2 years in tuition centres and home tuition in Bangi, Putrajaya and Bandar Seri Putra. I am used to tutoring students age ranging from 4 to 17. I was also a peer-tutor aka guru muda during Form 5. For me, tutoring is not as fun, as when you call the tutoring as sharing session. Students will take mote initiatives to involve during the sessions.

I normally according to the KPM syllabus. Students normally become comfortable once the know that I’m there to help them learn new stuffs- be it interesting or not. I usually will start of with explaining the syllabus (according to KPM textbooks etc) and finish of with answering sessions or recap session.

I had teach Bahasa Melayu, Sejarah, Prinsip Perakaunan, Perniagaan, and Pendidikan Shariah Islamiyyah.
