How I Plan My Lessons

i) I will conduct a pre-meeting/consultations with the student's parents to fully understand the student profile (Character, personality, motivation, current learning progress, etc)

ii) Seek clarification with student's parent / students on their learning needs and expectations. 

iii) Based on the pre-meeting, I will specially customize and design extra learning materials which could support the learning needs of the student if necessary.

i) am capable of teaching in different styles and techniques depending on the personality and character of the student. As every student is unique in their learning behavior, I will utilize the teaching styles that best suits the student in order to maximize their learning experience.

i) I will create an interactive learning environment for the student (Two-way communication active learning through 'ask, guide, share, paraphrase). This is because traditional teaching method (passive learning - only tutor talking) has been proven not effective. 

ii) I will restructure a complex theory in a more simple form for students to understand and master it. Learning is fun, I will teach student on how to interpret and solve problem in a different way. 

iii) I will constantly motivate and encourage student throughout their learning journey. As a teacher,  I will also celebrate all win with student and always be proud of them.

I give the student the space to interact with me. Without that comfort, students will not be able to study smart. Results are the ultimate aim however, I will teach my students to be street smart/ think out of the box in order to survive this fast moving world. However, explanations are given using day to day chores or situations. After identifying the student's talent (speaking, writing, drawing etc.) I will teach them the boring syllabus in a more creative and attractive way.
