Good Communication with students is the key, to make them listen to you. I can say with confidence as long as they listen to me they can do their best. I have started teaching younger students first (primary). Now I have students from secondary too. As I teach students I learn with them too.

Tutoring Approach

I plan my lesson beforehand in a powerpoint, which focuses on the main points of the topic. I use pictures and colours more than words which I believe helps my students to remember things better. I can summarise long informations easily into short summaries. After they have made their basics strong I move into details.

• Bringing variety of exercise from other sources such as STPM, O-level, UEC and Matriculation to deepen students’ critical thinking skills and ability to answer questions accordingly.

My style of teaching differs from student to student. While some study better in the presence of a tutor and do not fare well with homework. Others prefer getting homework as well as guidance. My lesson plans go deep into the subject and focus on areas that are tested in exams. The goal for my lessons is to work smart rather than work hard in order to achieve the desired grades.
