I have been playing music for more than 10 years on stage as a performer and would like to share my experience with others. Having taught students from 3 years old to adults, I am comfortable teaching concepts of practical music in layman and easy to understand terms. So for beginners, it won't be so daunting to keep up with music theory and performance. I'm happy to share my knowledge to feel, hear and play music intuitively, so it's not just fun but educational too.

Depends on student's objective and capacity, my lesson plan is organic. Usually, I will start with finding out the reason or motivation for them to learn and perform music. Step by step, we will learn the basics from hearing, sightreading, and performance (hear, see, do).

I tend to emphasize much on the foundation techniques of my students. Was a diploma in pharmacy student before this, by stepping out of my comfort zone I've decided to go for early childhood education.
