I run a music and dance academy (Ensemble Academy - 0163693825) as well as teaching guitar. I have been teaching guitar for 14 years and counting, students of age group from 5-70 years old. Most of my students have been with me for more than a decade. Some have grown up and gone overseas but still are in-touch closely and will bring their guitars back to me for service.

Tutoring Approach

My class duration is for 30 min usually but can definitely opt for 45 mins to 60 mins. I do not rush the teaching nor the learning process. Every student is different and there are no one-size-fits-all teaching method. Each class each student will be catered to differently. Do let me know what you are keen on learning, song interests, goals, and we will try and cater to your interest. If you are a total beginner, it doesn't matter, as long as you are interested and motivated

Started my music lesson at the age of 4 under Yamaha junior group class, started my piano individual ABRSM at the age of 7, completed grade 8 ABRSM piano and theory, after SPM, further my music education in diploma in music, won a few awards along my music journey, and acts as a performer besides teaching.

I am student at Conservatoire de la Danse et Musique d'Eybens, Grenoble, FRANCE. I am also a member of the Symphony Orchestra from the same school. I am currently having my summer break in Malaysia for two months. I have experience teaching beginner and intermediate level violin. My teaching style would be 'based on your need' - simply means that i would mostly cater to fill your need of improvement with exercises and music sheets to practise. I also teach Cambridge English Certification at primary and secondary schools and Business English for Professional adults as well conversational French to Internationals and Expatriates while studying in France.

I have 20 years of experience in drumming. I am a former drummer of Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pahang, where I played for almost 6 years. I now freelance as a tutor and performer around Kuala Lumpur. I have trained and taught many young drummers in the club scene, although they have informally studied with me. I have also received an offer from Aureus Academy in Singapore to teach drums. My teaching style is more focused on sharing and being relaxed, as I believe that music is a universal language that can be understood by people of all ages, races, and religions.
