Approach	Approach: For a surely effective and effective learning of a student, generally my approach of teaching/ tutoring involves an active two-way communication method between me (the teacher/tutor) and the student. I make sure the student fully grasp the theories first and later, engaging a brief discussion with the student to further strengthen their understanding of the problem/ question at hand. Then, I will proceed with the practical/ exercises; side by side with the student until he/ she is confident in that matter. As a responsible teacher/ tutor, I fully expect the student to complete very simple, short homework (ie. formula memorization, short rigorous exercises, time management exercises) given by me in a timely manner, as this would greatly help the student (not to burden them further) to focus and prioritize in their subjects they hope to achieve an A.
