TEACHING PRINCIPLES                                                                                                                           I always organise a consultation session with my potential students first before officially commencing classes. The reason for this is so that I can get a clear picture of the students' ability level, problem areas and goals, and ultimately work hand-in-hand with the students and their parents to address their problems effectively. Please expect your child to be given a pre-determined amount of homework (according to ability level and external/extracurricular commitments) at every class which needs to be handed in at the next tuition class the following week: I can put in hard work to ensure your payment�s worth, but it will be of little use if the student does not have the initiative to improve himself/herself and hence does not want to expend the effort for homework and studying; this will render my time and effort wasted as well. As I am a specialist language tutor I have limited my tuition subjects to only Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Tutoring Approach

• One to one tutorial to architecture students (diploma, degree (Part I) & master's degree level (Part II)). Tutorial & guide tailor-made to your academic level & subject, including theoretical lecture and relation to building law.
• For design project, tutorial ranges from: schematic concept development, technical drawing, construction method, presentation techniques, application of Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) 1984, compliance to local laws and regulations, design philosophy, architectural theory.
• For design tutorial, recommended class is 2x a month with 2 hours duration each session, so the student will have an ample time to develop his/her design project before the next tutorial. The frequency of tutorial can be increased by student's request.
• For other subjects (construction technology, technical drawing, etc.) recommended class is 2-4x a month with 1-2 hour each session.
• Class can be conducted at tuition centre in Subang Jaya or online.
• My fee is RM 150/hour (RM 600/month).
