I have a lot of weak students who doesn't have the interest to study and they have always memorise facts more instead of learning the facts. We should understand first before memorising to make the learning process easier. Thus, i want to change their attitude towards the learning.

My teaching style is giving students ways on how to grab and understand the concept of each topic first since everyone has different level of understanding. The student will be able to apply it to any kind of questions given to them as long as they hold the strong concepts and I will guide them in applying it to the questions by using few easy teachniques depending on the students' level. Set "Learning for life instead of the exam" in our mind to ease the learning process. I am very bright and patient kind of teacher which can have fun while learning without giving the pressure because, for me, we need to have a fun and great environment for learning lessons.

I take an approach of peer-to-peer teaching style, not really as a qualified teacher. So I expect to be teaching the students as a friend and I enjoy having two-way conversation with the students. My teaching technique is I would give explanation to the student to understand the topic first, then proceed with exercises. However, I am open to any teaching styles that are preferred by the student if they have their own preference. I will be available for teaching starting end of March 2018.

I teach topics based on the topics being taught in school. This is to ensure the students can clearly understand the topic. For E.g, if the student is confused with a particular topic taught at school, he/she can clarify that with me since I will be teaching the same topic at home/online. It will increase the interest in the subject and will motivate the students to practice more. I normally simplify the methods for better understanding, especially for maths. In accounting, the major step is to make the student understand the basic of accounting. Therefore, for tutor like me who is major with accounting, I will make sure the student is getting know and getting better with the basic of accounting first which every student I will do recap syllabus in Form 4 first. After the student already know and getting the familiar with the basic, normally I will move toward syllabus in form 5. And take note that I will provide every question for every chapter and also give assessment to the student.
