• Craft out and run a training session designed to maximize the potential of every player.
• Most importantly, data gathered initially were heavily relied on throughout both team development collectively and individual talent. I believe no two people are the same and that every single person has their own talent & shortcoming thus a more personalized training often time leads to the efficiency of it. 
• The team was initially ridden with challenges such as the problems with punctuality, the struggle of getting a good team attendance that clearly shows the lack of sufficient motivation. These issues were eradicated 4 months into my tenure. 
• Won first-place champions in the first two seasons and finished 3rd in the third and my last season with the team. 
• Ended the tenure with over 70% win-ratio. And amazingly kept to almost the same team for the whole tenure.

I believe one of the effective ways of teaching someone is to first understand how the brain of that person works. There are four different social styles that each have their own strength & tendencies. And being aware of this had and will greatly assist me in deciding and planning on the teaching methodology that suits the student.  

'One Mistake Forward' 

For a lot of young people, making mistake is a considerable risk. Not because they want to, but majority spent their best childhood time that was meant to be the time of nurturing being in the spotlight for every of their naive mistake. At between a period of certain age where focus should have been on nurturing the child, it was spent being called out for their honest mistake and this affects the child long-term. 

One of the job as a teacher is to elegantly tackle this issue. The teacher only appears when the student is ready. No matter the quality of external entity that is designed to help, the student will not learn unless he is willing to. And being brave to make a mistake is one of the way to go. 

'The Kid Has to Want It'

Finally, I take pleasure in making classes/lectures interactive & entertaining. First, by making it fun & interactive, I can keep the student's attention on the information I am relaying to him. Second (and more significantly), is to make the student desire to learn and look forward to the class. This will benefit the student greatly.

I have private tutored twenty high school students in English. I have studied in Help University for three years (2017-2020) in Bachelors in Teaching English as Second Language) course. I have done a major role in English Theatre Arts subject hence, I am willing to teach my students English Literature as well. 

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring is that I tailor my tuition to the needs of the student. I will tutor in my own home (online teaching) or that of the student. I will vary my style depending on the ability and needs of the student considering their emotional intelligence. I am also willing to progress more slowly and focus on particularly weak areas if the student so desires. I will also offer pre-exam revision sessions for all exams including modular resits and conduct end of topic tests and mock exams should the student desire. I expect students to maintain regular contact in regards to their subject progressions and their individual needs. I expect students to arrive at tuition sessions with a clear idea of what it is they hope to get from the sessions (a habit of planning their lessons and questions). I will provide each student with a progress log and detailed feedback on how they are performing and areas where they need to improve, I may also set work for my students to complete outside of sessions and for this set work I will offer a marking service. I am happy to meet with the parents or guardians of my students to ascertain what they wish their child to gain from classes. I am also happy to meet with parents and guardians regularly during the tuition period to discuss their child's progress and if required I am happy to provide parents with written reports on their child's progress.

Being a CIMA graduate with 2 prize winners in Strategic Management & Risk Management had given the chance to appreciate critical thinking modules better. My strengths are in the above modules as well as case studies. I am a case study expert which is handy to coach you with your ACCA SBL paper, or any other case studies you need guidance on. In the past, I have been actively involved with coaching students and lecturers in preparing for case study exams.

The way I plan my lessons are very close to resembling the study materials my students would use. My tutoring style varies from the exam levels my students are preparing for. My lessons are unique as I would always share relevant case studies in order for them to appreciate the topics better.
