I have been teaching English for 12 years. Throughout the years, I have guided and helped students from all walks of life. Today, my students include kids, teenagers, and working adults. I teach the National, as well as the IGCSE English syllabus. I also train students for the ESOL, IELTS and MUET examinations. I believe that having a good command over the English language opens doors to a great array of opportunities, and therefore, providing people with the right set of English skills is one of my passions.

I plan my lesson, and make all the necessary preparation ahead, including photocopy of handouts, and lesson content. Lessons involve reading, writing, listening and speaking. Having a good command over the English language, especially grammar, allows me to deliver lessons of impeccable quality. I believe in Albert Einstein's quote "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.", and therefore, I make it a point of teaching in a simple, yet effective manner.

On top of that I am one of the top students in my faculty with current CGPA 3.73. I took foundation in TESL (Teaching English as Second Language) in 2017. Apart from that, I have been tutoring for UPSR students since 2019 and regularly tutoring my juniors and also classmates in German language.

What makes my lessons one of a kind is that i apply Tomlinson principles of second language teaching in my lessons. His principles are known to be the best in L2 learning acquisitions. As mentioned above, my tutoring techniques are depends on the target students and also their academic background. But handouts, assessments, homeworks and interactive learning games are my most used techniques.

I have been a practical teacher at SK Padang Air at Kuala Terengganu for about 2 months. I have completed my Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language(TESL) for 2 years at University of Sultan Zainal Abidin, Terengganu. I have been taught about ways of teaching pedagocial also human psychology to cater different needs of student. I have experienced teaching primary school students both in upper and lower classes as I use 21st century skills and new revised curriculum into the lesson.

I always use visual aids approach and physical approach to teach my students. These teaching techniques really helps cater each need of students as I use many audio-visual aids(AVA) to attract students' interest in learning. I also always incorporate games into learning session as my starter point and closure of the class to keep students focus and awake.
