My approach of teaching is to be serious but not to be fierce to the student. I constantly encourage and motivate my students to achieve the best results in exam. I do not impose my students on their study. In fact, I motivate and inspire them. I do not like to "show off" to my students about how smart I am especially in solving Mathematics. I rather explain as clearly as I can to my students and make sure they understand the topics I teach. At the end of the day, students need guidance and motivation, BUT NOT to see a SHOW.

I place students’ interest on gaining knowledge and understanding each topics thoroughly at the forefront of everything I do. I would start off by focusing on topics which the student finds difficult to understand and make sure that the student would understand the topic 100% before moving to the next topics. I will provide exercises after finishing each topics and attempt past year SPM papers/ trial state papers with the student once all the topics have been covered. I used different kind of approach depending on what level of understanding they are. For those who at low level of understanding, I started with theory, demo and a lots of examples so that they can have a strong basic of understanding. Then, followed by a few quizzes to revise them every week.
