I have been teaching and providing training for 20 years. I graduated in Business Management. I have received well training in Johnson Controls and Shell while serving them. I was the business trainer and analyst in Shell for 11 years.  

Currently I am an English online teacher for International School, secondary school, college and matured Adults. 

I am also a Mandarin online teacher for primary and international school.

Other teaching subjects are Business Studies, and Customer Service.

My objectives are not emphasized only on academic results, much more important is to develop student’s interest, and personal development in creativity, pro-active character. Plan syllabus that suits a student's needs. Open Questions & Answer: discuss, work on one step by one step to check for the student's understanding at which level before proceeding to the next stage. Encourage students to work independently, and write freely based from the project or the material asked. Rephrase a student's question into your own words, be patience, supportive, and encouraging. 

One2One/One2Two/One2Three tuition rate: For Primary Mandarin, varies RM60 to RM150. For Lower Secondary or International School Mandarin, varies RM80 to RM200. 

One2One tuition rate: For Primary 5 & 6 English varies RM55 to RM60. For Lower Secondary English, varies RM65 to RM70. For Form 4 & 5 varies RM75 to RM80. For International School English, varies RM80 to RM90. For university or working adult English, varies RM100 to RM130.00.

Although this may seem inefficient for understanding the subject material, I believe that practice makes perfect and students under my tutoring will be able to grasp the course material through going through past-year papers, while also maximizing their potential grades in class.
