I have strong interpersonal and communication skills because I have worked with various level of management during my career from lower to top management and good in stakeholder management since dealt with different people from different positions and departments. Through successfully managing both internal and external relationships, I have accelerated the achievement of goals and positioned myself as a valuable resource in a variety of situations.

My interest in teaching is very organized and complete, I like to program my sessions effectively in order that the curriculum is protected without exception and with some fun to allow the students to correspond with the subject even far more. I have a strong knowledge in Business Management, Business Communication, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics subjects and like to keep up to date in my subject to allow my students to get the full potential of my experiences as they needed which adopt current working environment. Furthermore, I have knowledge in research and my dissertation is on “Ethics and Employees Role for Effective Corporate Governance in Malaysian Private Sectors”.
