I will do an introduction of the topic, showing sample work I did for more clarity.

Next step is the practical session and execution of the artwork.

The final step is the evaluation of the artwork and how to improve in the future.

There will be a question and answer session at the end of the tutoring session.

Parent-side

1. Goals that the parents want to achieve for their child (i.e. able to speak/read/write/listen).
2. Background of the child (age, schooling year, which school, proficiency, etc.)
3. Materials (textbook, workbook, etc.) (if possible)

Teacher-side

1. Further research on the syllabus of the student’s schooling year
2. Formulation of lesson plan for every lesson (using the information provided by the parents)
3. Plan contingencies in the case of lesson disruption/not going according to plan
4. Preparation of the lesson and any required materials (slides, print-outs, google forms, etc.)
5. Teach according to the flow of the lesson with the lesson plan as a guideline
6. Provide homework (if needed)

I always try to make the task of teaching acceptable by means of sharing knowledge, e.g. I always try to get the starting point from the minimum information of the student and try to elaborate according to that point. to me the best teaching and evaluation are due to what learners get and be inspired to get more.
