I have been teaching music both in, and outside the classroom for 15 years. I prefer planning my lessons based on the interest and progress level of the students. I always keep track on their improvement and weaknesses to make sure that my students are learning efficiently. I can speak English and Mandarin fluently which makes teaching and discussing so much easier for me as well as the students. I prefer two-ways communication during lessons.
