First of all, patience. I bought a keyboard hastily during the lockdown and with zero knowledge on playing it. I contacted him and told him about my situation and he laid the lesson for me from how and where should I start learning (and loving) playing piano. I'm still not an expert but he is very patient for me. (I don't know where he got this hahaha.) He pushes you and work well even though with a hectic schedule of mine (I work in IT).
Michael has been an outstanding tutor, he is very patient and, no matter how many wrong notes I keep playing, he remains positive and encouraging. He has a number of techniques at his disposal to find the best method which helps you learn and improve and makes great use of different technology.
