Make changes when possible according to feedback 6. Make sure that the lecture is delivered in enjoyable and effective manner. For language teaching, it is important to take care of the usage of language (grammar, vocabulary), cultural and social aspects and the pedagodical methods when transfering the knowledge to the students. General and specific usage intended to be used by the students when commanding the language will be taken into consideration. To strengthen the memory and impact of learning, appropriate stimulation method has to be used including activities, graphic etc.  Many people take language learning too easy and think that it can be managed in short time. Unless you are a genius, it's very rare for a person to be proficient in a language with just 10 - 20 hours of learning. Experience and research shown that to complete a typical CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) level will need at least 80 to 200 hours. There is no short cut in learning a language and students have to be patient and know what you want for sure. Or else, it will be a waste of time and money.
