Interactions between student and tutor during classes are very important as well in creating a comfortable learning environment. In the beginning, I will test the student's understanding of the subjects, then I will arrange the class materials based on his/her needs. I will use diagram or visualisation whenever appropriate so that student can actually "see" the subject clearly. Visual always helps human to remember more easily as compared to just listening. I would encourage students to ask questions in the class and make sure students can actually understand what he/she has learnt. Students can even ask questions about his/her homework, but I will not do the homework for students. Prior to the exam, I will also prepare students for it by going through homework or past year papers to check the student's knowledge.
