I can also converse in Chinese and Bahasa Melayu, therefore, you (or your child) do not need to be fluent in English to understand my lessons. For my tutoring approach, I will firstly assess the student's understanding and capability of the subject. From the assessment, I will be able to tackle their strengths and weaknesses on the subject. I also believe that all children's learning method and capability are different therefore the tutoring approach can be tailored to ensure maximum learning can be taken place. Confucious once said "I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand." therefore I do believe that giving the children homework and exercises on top of the lessons or topic explained during classes will help them to understand more in depth.
