  I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

1. Pop quiz and short exams will be given to the student at the end of the class (small gifts will be provided). Effective way to make the students focussed thorughout the whole session and to keep doing better.

2. Sometimes I will prepare few notes for them if the subject matter is complicated.

Lessons will be planned based on the students' needs and capabilities. The lessons will also be exam-based orientated. Exposure of every possibly examination focus questions and provides alternative approach to tackle the problem.
