Understanding Concepts and more Practices. Stress and highlight of common mistakes and traps. Identify and recognise the problems faced by students in understanding, through observation and interaction (for example, if student writes 3+3=9, he may just make a common error or he may have more serious concept recognisation problem).

Master in Engineering, Senior Validation Engineer

Experience

I have Master in Engineering in Electronics. Currently, working as Validation Engineer. I always love to teach but at the same time, I love my current job. That is why I choose to tutor as my part time job. I do not teach the students to get A for their exams, but I teach them to understand the subjects and theory itself. By doing that, getting excellent results will be easy.

Tutoring Approach

1. I will have 1st free class (1 hour) just to get to know the student. 2. I will learn about student strength and weakness. 3. By doing that, I know which part I will prioritize to the student. 4. Will teach chapter by chapter. 5. Discussion on tests and exam paper. 6. Go through in advance on the topic that will be teach in class.

I usually adapt my lessons to the level of students and their specific needs. start with the basic concept of subject matter. Slowly tackle a few question regarding that matter. I create a comfortable environment of teaching in order to achieve students concentration and above all, motivation.

I developed a method I called BIH (Bring It Home), which I have always adopted in my teaching approach. This method has helped me to always relate any mathematics topics I teach with everyday activities, which always help the students to understand and internalize any topic I teach them.
